If you've been following my blog for a little bit you've probably noticed that when I see a product that has specific design purposes, I try to find another use for it. Example: Project Life®. It's designed for scrapbooking. AND it's awesome for that! I just want to use it for something else.
How about a gift box belly band?
Ok.
I'm on it.
Using framelits with tissue paper creates amazing poofy flowers.
Try it!
Fluff it one layer at a time.
I think there are 20 layers of tissue in this flower.
Totally worth it.
Stick your cute tag on your belly band which you zig zag stitch together.
I put these pieces on top of a Whisper White piece to give it more stability.
Need some Crushed Curry Baker's Twine? No problem. Just dye your White Baker's Twine in a container with Crushed Curry reinker. Easy peasy.
You know what would pair perfectly with this box? My cards from last week. Remember?
Oh, don't forget to make the box cute when the belly band is off.
